**Pickup Rules:
Pickup basketball is the unwritten rule in basketball. Pickup games are enjoyable and it’s a chance to show off your basketball skills to your friends. Pickup basketball rules differ from the traditional game of basketball. There aren’t any referees and the players call their own calls (such as fouls, traveling, double dribble, etc.). In most pickup games, each shot scores one point. If you shoot a 3 pointer, that scores you 2 points. That way, the game does not end by making only a few shots. It’s up to you to decide if 11, 15 or 21 wins the game. Then the winning team plays the waiting team, while the losing team leaves the court.
