Welcome home! Crown River is a premier residential swim and tennis community of 152 single family homes located in the highly acclaimed Atlanta suburb of McDonough, Georgia. Nestled in the sought-after Union Grove school district amongst the forests and hills bordering Big Cotton Indian Creek, Crown River residents enjoy the benefits of living where the best of nature, suburbia, and rural living converge. Neighborhood Amenities

Crown River Residents enjoy parks, playground, tree lined sidewalks, nature trails and paths to walk down to Big Cotton Indian Creek.

Basketball

CRP regulation size half basketball court located at the entrance is a true highlight for our neighborhood. This is a great way to meet neighbors and work on your layup.

Walking Trails

Enjoy four nature trails that are great for walking, running and mountain biking. If you enjoy fishing, one trail leads to the Big Cotton Indian Creek.

Tennis Courts

Relax and work on your tennis or pickle ball skills on our regulation size tennis courts. Surrounded by trees for privacy, get in some exercise with your friends or family members.

Swimming Pool

With plenty of seating located around the pool and restrooms for changing, the clear blue water of our pool is the perfect place to cool off in, relax next to, or to use for refreshing exercise.

Playground

Children can enjoy the playground with their friends. They can slide and climb on the playground equipment or run and play in the open space.

Sentry Management

Login in to the Sentry Management portal to: make online payments, obtain amenity key card, report violations, request a payment plan, register an offsite address or tenant, register as a new owner and view your personal account and payment history.
