Swimming Pool Rules

GUESTS:

Guests are limited to 4 per household and must be accompanied by a homeowner. Large groups/parties must make a
reservation at crownriverhoa.com. Private party rentals are not accepted, as the pool is designated for use by all
residents in good standing.

General – 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Adults Only (25+) – 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

 

RULES:

  1. No lifeguard on duty – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
  2. Residents under 16 years of age may not enter unless they are accompanied by an adult.
  3. Use of drugs, profanity, verbal threats, or any act of violence will not be tolerated.
  4. Excessive noise, rude behavior, and loud music will not be tolerated.
  5. Persons with infectious diseases may not use the pool.
  6. Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers at all times.
  7. Tampering or playing with the pool robot will not be tolerated.
  8. Misuse of the furniture will not be tolerated. If you move/rearrange the furniture, it must be moved back before leaving the pool.
  9. No alcohol allowed in the pool area.
  10. No smoking/vaping allowed.
  11. No food and/or beverages may be consumed within 5 feet from the pool.
  12. No glass containers are permitted for food or beverages – plastic only.
  13. Pool umbrellas must be closed prior to leaving.
  14. No littering ($25 fine for each occurrence ). All food and trash must be placed in provided trash receptacles.
  15. All pool toys must be removed before leaving the pool.
  16. All party decorations must be removed before leaving the pool.
  17. No bicycles, roller blades, or skateboard allowed.
  18. Running, rough housing, diving, flips, and ball throwing are prohibited.
  19. Balloons are not permitted in the water.
  20. No animals are permitted (*service dogs excluded).
  21. The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or possessions in the pool area, and assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to you, your family members, or guests resulting from use of the pool.

VIOLATION OF POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT LOSS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD ACCESS PRIVILEGES.
