Tennis Court Rules

HOURS:

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

 

RULES:

  1. USE TENNIS COURTS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
  2. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Use of drugs, profanity, verbal threats, or any act of violence will not be tolerated.
  4. Excessive noise, rude behavior, and loud music will not be tolerated.
  5. No alcohol allowed in the tennis court area.
  6. No smoking/vaping allowed in the tennis court or surrounding area.
  7. No food may be consumed within the tennis court area.
  8. No bicycles, roller blades, or skateboard allowed within the tennis courts.
  9. Lights must be turned off prior to leaving.
  10. No animals are permitted (*service dogs excluded).
  11. The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or possessions in the tennis courts or surrounding area, and assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to you, your family members, or guests resulting from use of the tennis courts.

VIOLATION OF TENNIS COURT RULES WILL RESULT IN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT LOSS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD ACCESS PRIVILEGES.
